Bulb stays dark

Wedge LEDs have polarity. Pull the bulb, rotate it half a turn and seat it again.

Turn signals blink double speed

That's hyper flash from the lower current draw. Wire a 50W 6Ω resistor in parallel with each LED turn bulb, on bare metal, or fit an LED flasher relay.

Bulb touches the lens

Switch to the short 33-chip series made for shallow housings.

Dash shows a bulb-out warning

Choose a CAN-bus error-free version or add a resistor.
